PT Consultation
Price: $50
Duration: 30 minutes (phone/virtual consultation)
Have you noticed delays in your child’s development but you are unsure if they will benefit from Physical Therapy? A 30 minute phone or virtual consultation will provide you with all of the answers that you are looking for!
During the consultation, we will discuss any/all of the concerns that you have for your child. I will provide you with my knowledge and expertise on pediatric development and supply you with all of the resources that you need to make decisions moving forward!
** Please note that if your PT Consultation leads to an Initial Evaluation, you will receive a discounted rate for the evaluation **
Initial Evaluation
Price: $100
Duration: 60 minutes (in-person)
The Initial Evaluation will determine your child’s needs and goals for beginning treatment. This 60 minute in-person evaluation is used to determine the initial plan of care, which will include assessment of measurements such as: range of motion, strength, functional mobility, gross motor skills, developmental milestones, and more. You will play an active role in determining the plan of care and goal setting for your child! After determination of the plan of care, you will know the duration (and price) of each subsequent treatment session (whether it be Mobile PT and/or Virtual PT listed below) to reach the goals set for your child!
Mobile PT
Price: $80-$120
Duration: 30-90 minutes (in-person)
Mobile PT includes personalized in-person treatment sessions determined by the plan of care!
Duration (and price) are determined during the initial evaluation process and may be occasionally adjusted based on your child’s progress throughout the treatment period.
Mobile PT offers treatment focused in your child’s functional environment with the location of your choice. You will have the advantage of receiving services provided in the flexible location that best meet your child’s needs! Service may be arranged in locations including your home, playground, local park, pool and much more.
Mobile PT and Virtual PT are most commonly used in conjunction with each other during your child’s treatment period. Following establishment of the plan of care, we will review together if and when to book Mobile or Virtual PT, to best fits your needs and availability.
Virtual PT
Price: $80-$120
Duration: 30-90 minutes (virtual)
Virtual PT is personalized teletherapy treatment sessions provided based on your child’s plan of care!
Similar to Mobile PT, the duration (and price) is determined during the initial evaluation process and may be adjusted based on progress throughout the treatment period.
Virtual PT offers the advantage of therapeutic treatment from the comfort of your home on the mobile device of your choice! Virtual PT offers a unique opportunity for parents/caregivers to “be the therapist” by providing hands on treatment with the support and direction of a doctor. With this, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to continue therapy beyond the duration of the session.

Personalized Home Exercise Program
Initial Price: $100
Progression Program: $50
Duration: 20 minutes (phone consultation)

Or are you sitting with your infant wondering HOW in the world to influence their development to ensure that they reach their milestones on time?
The benefits of having an exercise program created by a medical provider are far reaching.
Taken a step further than a generalized workout routine, my personalized home exercise program is sepcifically designed for you or your child from a therapeutic stand point.
This program includes a 20 minute phone consultation to determine target goals for you or your child. Following the consultation I will create a plan just for you, equipped with the with the educational resources needed to set you up for success. This will include customized instructional videos of each exercise to be performed by you or with your child.
Please note the program is priced for one individual at a time. After the initial $100 plan, any additional progress adjustments or new areas of focus will be reduced to $45 per.
